1. Are you a manufacturer? 
Yes. As a manufacturing group, we have been in the home textiles and apparel for more than a decade. We carry full line of fine quality home textiles and outdoor textiles: fleece blankets, super soft plush blankets, picnic blankets, travel blankets, stadium blankets and apparel (visit our apparel site).
We can take customized orders and can put your labels on the products.
2. What are your main products? In 3 categories: Home Textiles, Outdoor Textiles and Apparel. Home textiles and outdoor textile products including fleece blankets, super soft plush blankets, picnic blankets, airlines blankets, travel blankets, stadium blankets. Apparel including bath robes, fleece scarf, gloves, hat, headband and fleece jacket, polo shirt, sweatshirt, sports jersey etc (visit our apparel site).
3. What is your production capacity? Our monthly output: depending on styles, 300,000pcs of blankets, 100,000pcs of robes, 200,000-500,000pcs of polo shirts or sports jersey. 1,000,000pcs of scarves or small accessories

5. Are your products conform to EU and USA import regulation? Can we request for test certificate /report? Yes. As a professional producer, we have decade-plus solid production experience for customers in EU (Germany, France, Italy, UK, Belgium. The Netherlands, ….), the USA etc. We meet safety regulations like AZO free, no Hazard heavy metals like low cadmium, low lead and etc. Test charge is not included in our regular quotation. If our customers need test certificate/report, we can ask some recognized laboratories like SGS, ITS, BV etc for testing, with test charge borne by our customers.
6. Do you offer customized OEM/ODM service? Yes. There are 3 ways:
a) We copy or modify a design based on your original sample.
b) We design a new product based on your idea and target budgeting.
c) You choose from our existing stylse and make possible change on it if need.
Depending on the product or your need, you can provide a design, a sample or just tell us your idea.
7. We are a promotional gifts company, can your products be used for gifts? Most of our products are great for promotional gifts. Our fleece blankets and picnic/sports blankets are the most commonly used items for gifts when you send cozy warmth to your clients. We can put your logo on the products by print or embroidery etc depending on what products you need.
8. Do you offer internet retail business? No. We only take wholesale orders. For retail business, you can consult our outlets in your area. Contact us for the availability of the shops in your area.
9. What is your MOQ? It depends on the styles. 1000pcs/colour, 3000pcs/order. For very small orders less than MOQ, we may need to discuss case by case.
10. Can we put our own labels on the products we order? Yes. We can put your brand labels on all the items you order provided that your labels do not infringe the copyrights of the third parties.
11. Is there setup charge if we have our own labels on the products? It depends. For non-moulding simple label, no setup charge. For moulded label, a small order less than 1000pcs, we may need you pay the setup fee for customized labels if there is moulding charge in it. The fee can be refundable to you after your quantity exceeds the limit.
12. How do I place an order with you? We can produce your styles. You need to provide the patterns and/or samples, materials specification, size, colour and quantity breakdown etc. Tell us full details as far as you know. After we have full details, we will make a pre-production sample for your approval. We may remind you from time to time for what you need to provide.
13. May I request samples from you and need I pay for the samples? Yes. We offer samples for your style/quality review. As we have many potential buyers who ask for samples, all potential buyers will be requested to pay for the samples and shipping cost. The sample fee is refundable after firm order is placed. For low value samples, we only request buyers to pay freight at their own account.
14. Need I pay for the approval sample after I place an order? No. You needn’t to pay sample fee if you have placed an order with deposit. Each buyer can enjoy 1-2 free sample if they place firm order. You just need to pay the shipping cost.
15. What are your terms of payment? 30% T/T deposit with order to validate an order and remaining before shipment or against shipping docs, depending on the way of shipment.
16. What is your approval sample time? Custom sample: about 1-2 weeks, some very special sample needs 1 month or more. Similar Sample from existing materials for style purpose (not custom colour): 1-3days
17. What is your average production/delivery lead time? 25-40days. For special arrangement of urgent order, production schedule to be made case by case.
18. What decorations like printing, embroidery can you do? Screen printing, sublimation print, transfer print, embroidery, logo labels, colour paper, ribbon and gift box etc.
19. How many packaging ways do you have? Can we use our own design for packaging? Depending on the product style and purpose of the product, gift and retail use different packagings. Packaging can be one or a combination of the following: simple polybag, remailer bag, vacuum packaging bag, 1-4c print paper, ribbon and ties, carry strap, shoulder strap, hanger, individual box, full colour display box.
20. What is the loading quantity of containers and/or cartons? Different product specs have different packing dimension, loading qty of a container depends on the product specs. Need check case by case. See product packing detail under each product. Here see a sample of a fleece blanket in 50”x60”, in medium weight., individual polybag: FCL (full container load): about 6000-7000pcs/20’GP, 12000-15000pcs/40’GP, 14000-17000pcs/40’HC. LCL (less than container load): If order quantity is less than the above full container load or say less than 80%, you need share a container with others, to get best economy. Tips: if you order different product in one time, you can load them in one container.
21. What are your regular or nearest ports? Sea port: Shanghai or Ningbo
Airport: Shanghai.
22. We are in the inland area, can you arrange to ship to our company site? Normally, for mass production of full container load, we can arrange to ship to your site but you need to take care of customs entry in your side. For small order less than full container load, we ship to the nearest port to your site. For samples, we use express couriers who will deliver samples direct to your site.
23. Can I return the goods after I find them defective? We have a strict on-line internal quality control. All goods have been inspected before shipment. In case there is the single case that involves defective item, within 60days after customs entry, you can return the goods to us and we will send you the new one free of charge. You can also have this new one to be included in the shipment of next order. You can also get credit from us for the possible defective.
